What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged
Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the packaging. If you notice any visible damage, including damage to the box, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you’re unable to inspect the package upon delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take clear photos and email them to support@DoomsdaySelection.com. We will respond promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
